• Fähigkeit, in einer schnelllebigen Lagerumgebung zu arbeiten.
• Bachelor-Abschluss oder international äquivalent - bevorzugt.
• Führungserfahrung - bevorzugt.

Responsibilities

• Pflegt gute Beziehungen zu Mitarbeitenden, Management und Kunden.
• Schulungen mit neuen und bestehenden Mitarbeitenden durchführen.
• An Meetings teilnehmen und Sitzungen leiten.
• Evaluationsprozesse mit dem Management koordinieren.
• Lösungen für Paketprobleme identifizieren.
• Überwacht tägliche Abläufe von Paketmitarbeitern und Clerks, sicher und pünktlich.
