Job summary

UPS is seeking a Frontline Supervisor to train and supervise Package Handlers and Clerks at our facility in Town of Chester, NY. You will lead safety initiatives, monitor productivity, and ensure timely completion of duties while upholding UPS's ethical standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating trainings, conducting meetings, evaluating performance with management, and managing daily operations to resolve package concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong problem solving skills, with ability to multitask
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree Or International Equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred

Pay Range

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
