UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in Syracuse, KS area is seeking a supervisor for package handlers and clerks. The role focuses on training, safety, productivity, attendance accountability, and timely timecard submission.

The candidate should have strong communication, problem-solving skills, and experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent and prior management experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong problem solving skills, with ability to multitask
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
