Job summary

UPS is seeking a leader to supervise package handlers and clerks in a fast‑paced warehouse environment in Texas. You will train staff, coordinate evaluations, and ensure safety, attendance, and accurate timecard submission.

You will maintain relationships with management, customers, and teams, while solving issues and driving productivity. A degree is preferred and flexible shifts are required to cover up to five days weekly.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem solving skills, with ability to multitask.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International Equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.
