Job summary

UPS is seeking a hands-on supervisor to train and oversee Package Handlers and Clerks in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will ensure safety, productivity, and attendance while coordinating timecards and team performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, effective communication, and adherence to UPS's ethical standards. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and prior management experience are preferred; U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong problem solving skills, with ability to multitask
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast paced warehouse environment

Pay Range

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
