Job summary

UPS in Canton, Ohio is seeking a supervisor to train and supervise package handlers and clerks on safety, productivity, and various job-related tasks.

You will hold teams accountable for attendance, submit timecards, and coordinate evaluations with management while upholding UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Lifts up to 70 lbs (32 kg) and works in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Flexible shift availability, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem solving skills with multitasking ability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalence preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
