About the Position

Trinity Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Lumberton, NC. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality rehabilitative care within a skilled nursing and assisted living setting.

Our beautiful, 72-bed facility is located just outside of Lumberton in a quiet residential neighborhood and features:

52 Skilled Nursing Beds
20 Assisted Living Beds
10 Private Short-Term Rehab Rooms with attached bathrooms
Convenient access to a state-of-the-art rehab gym

Rehab Gym Features

Our therapy team has access to a spacious and fully equipped treatment environment, including:

Large open treatment area
Two treatment mat tables
Parallel bars
