Carolina Therapy Services, Inc. is a therapist-owned rehabilitation company in Jamestown, NC, seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at Adams Farm location.

This full-time/part-time/PRN opportunity offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. We value flexibility, patient-centered care, and collaborative, therapist-led support to deliver high-quality therapy in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy school.
• Preferably two years of clinical experience.
• Licensed by the state in which the Physical Therapist resides or practices Physical Therapy according to state requirements.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited physical therapy school. Preferably two years of clinical experience (if applicable). Capable of lifting the equivalent weight of an adult-size patient. Licensed by the state in which the Physical Therapist resides or practices Physical Therapy according to state requirements.
