Job Description

CVHCare is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care within the assigned county territory. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain productivity and visit expectations while also being willing to travel outside the area or work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient evaluations and provide appropriate treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Manage patient cases effectively to meet required productivity standards.
• Be open to seeing COVID-positive and PUI patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Physical Therapy License in California.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and Auto Registration.
• Annual TB Testing.
• Immunizations: MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within last 10 years), and annual Flu vaccine.
• Drug Screen and Physical Exam.
