Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in home health for a 13-week contract in Morristown, New Jersey. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, provide interventions and education, and document all activities thoroughly.

You may also assist in staff orientation and act as a clinical instructor for students, handling moderately complex cases with minimal supervision. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with no weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of experience as a Physical Therapist is strongly preferred.
• Home health experience is required.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care within a large acute care facility. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, developing treatment plans, implementing interventions, providing education to patients and their families, thorough documentation of interventions, and appropriate billing. The position entails supporting Lead Clinicians with competency development and participating in the orientation of new staff members. The role also includes acting as a clinical instructor for students and managing moderately complex cases with minimal to no supervision.
