ARMStaffing is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one therapy in patients' homes in Vermont. The role focuses on assessing conditions and developing individualized plans of care to improve mobility and independence.

Responsibilities include collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, performing ROM/strength/balance assessments, and applying various therapeutic modalities to maximize patient outcomes. 13-week contract with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Active Vermont Physical Therapist licensure.
• Home Health experience is a must, along with OASIS experience for case management.
• McKesson/Netsmart EMR experience is strongly preferred.

Tuesday - Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Job Description

A Physical Therapist is needed to provide one-on-one therapy care for patients in their home setting. The ideal candidate will assess a person’s condition and develop individualized plans of care to help people reach their goals and maximize mobility and independence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure a patient's needs are met.
• Perform standard therapy measurement techniques, including ROM, strength, and balance tests.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Assignment Duration
