Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners invites recent graduates to join our pre-PT training path as a part-time clinic assistant in Tooele, UT. You will support licensed physical therapists, help with patient flow, and gain hands-on experience without prior clinical exposure.

Qualifications

• Interest in a healthcare career and gaining clinical experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and empathy.
• Comfortable being on your feet in a busy clinic environment.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Preferred: Customer service experience or health-related coursework (not required).

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Therapists during treatment by setting up equipment and assisting with patient flow.
• Guide patients through warm-ups and exercises as directed by the PT team.
• Keep treatment areas clean, stocked, and ready for patients.
• Help the front desk as needed by checking in patients and supporting clinic flow.
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for patients and teammates.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and clinic safety procedures.
