Lynx EMS is seeking dependable Part-Time Paramedics to join our team for flexible ALS transport across Ohio, Indiana, Maryland and West Virginia.

As the clinical leader on your unit, you will deliver high-quality patient care and support EMT partners while ensuring protocol compliance.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Paramedic certification or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide ALS care in accordance with state protocols.
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients during transport.
• Administer medications and perform advanced procedures within scope of practice.
• Lead and support EMT partners.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and inspection-ready ambulance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and healthcare partners.

This flexible, as-needed position provides Advanced Life Support (ALS) care during emergency responses, interfacility transfers, and scheduled patient transports.
