Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Part-Time Outpatient Therapist in Centerville, OH to expand access to quality mental health care. The clinic emphasizes authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination as core values.

As part of the team, you will diagnose, create and maintain treatment plans, coordinate with families and schools, and maintain clinical documentation in our EHR system. A caseload of at least 15 visits weekly is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university.
• On track to obtain licensure in their designated field.
• Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LMSW, LICSW, LP, etc.) required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Maintain clinical documentation in the EHR system.
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 15 client visits per week.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, and school staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in required clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range $35-$55 an hour (based on qualifications)

Position Overview:

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to work in office on Saturdays. Remote options available during weekday hours and Sundays.


• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field


• Candidates should have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LMSW, LICSW, LP etc.)


• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients


• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents within 24 hours


• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base


• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!), including the collection of co-payments
