As a PT Outbound Freight Handler, you will load and unload freight onto and off of equipment, assist in recouping damaged freight, and ensure proper handling and documentation of freight. Responsibilities include preparing trailers, inspecting freight, using appropriate handling equipment, planning cube utilization, and verifying freight details, including hazardous materials and special instructions.
Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to pass background and drug tests, and preferably prior experience as a Forklift Operator, Dock or Warehouse Worker, or Material Handler. Forklift certification is also preferred.
Pay ranges from $17.35 to $20.85 per hour. The position is part-time, with a second shift schedule.
