Tender Touch Rehab Services in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ is hiring an Occupational Therapist (PT) to perform comprehensive OT evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage patient care under MD orders. Competitive pay ranges from $46.00 to $52.00 per hour and a supportive, growth-minded team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., M.A., or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy that the AOTA recognizes.
• NBCOT designation as OTR (if state mandated)
• OT holds a current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely, accurately and adhering to all guidelines.
• Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and modify patient treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.
