Job summary

Stop & Shop is seeking a night-owl grocery associate to stock shelves, build and replenish displays, and manage merchandise orders in a busy Connecticut store. You will assist customers and help maintain organized aisles, working the night shift to support overnight replenishment.

This position emphasizes customer service, accuracy in merchandising, and collaboration with the store team to ensure all products are available and properly presented for customers at open hours in the morning.

PRIMARY PURPOSE

Grocery clerks do a little bit of everything - but they do it at night. They stock shelves, and build and replenish displays and order merchandise for our store. When they do see customers, they do their best to help serve them. This is just a general overview of their job duties. You may be asked to assist in other ways too, depending on the needs of your store.

Hourly Rate: $16.94

This position is governed under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Eligibility for union benefits, including health and welfare benefits, pension plans, and other negotiated programs, will depend on the terms of the applicable contract.
