Job summary

Legends is seeking Warehouse Merchandise Associates to support our retail and warehouse teams, ensuring merchandise is received, organized, and distributed accurately with high standards of professionalism.

The role requires flexibility for event schedules (late nights, weekends, holidays), strong customer service, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work both independently and as part of a team to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible and able to work events, including late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Honesty and integrity in all actions and language.
• Must be able to take constructive feedback and make necessary changes.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and distribute products accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to all security, control and safety procedures set by Legends.
• Daily pulling of merchandise for remote store locations.
• Identify quality control issues.
• Comply with warehouse regulations and standards in the daily movement of products.
• Maintain supply and equipment storage areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Attend and participate in daily/weekly staff meetings.
• Train/coach new associates on warehouse practices and best practices.
• Assist with bin location maintenance.
• Assist in cycle count procedures using hand-held scanners.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
• Complete other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required and assigned by supervisor/ manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
