Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment in Madison, MS. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean store, and support operations across sales, returns, and loyalty programs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety and loss prevention standards, with opportunities to learn and grow within the TJX family of brands.

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience proven by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order to support the needs of the business.

This position has a starting pay range of USD $12.50 to $13.00 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
