Job summary
Southern Health Partners, Inc. is hiring a part-time LPN at Clermont County Jail for weekend shifts. The role focuses on delivering patient care, administering medications, following treatment plans, and documenting care.

Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current Ohio license.
- Experience in clinical or correctional settings is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care and evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress.
- Administer medications safely and in line with nursing standards and correctional regulations.
- Follow treatment plans and perform assessments with critical thinking.
- Intervene in emergencies as needed and document care accurately.
