Job summary

UPS is seeking a Supervisory position to lead workgroups focused on safety, production and attendance within a warehouse setting. The role requires managing resources, driving productivity, and fostering collaboration across teams to maintain high standards of accuracy and customer service.

The candidate will develop and train staff, implement personal development plans, and ensure ongoing compliance with safety policies and corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kg.
Flexible shift hours up to 5 days.
Strong written and oral communication.
Microsoft Office proficiency.

Facilitates training with new and current employees.
Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, operating in full compliance with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.

Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement, pro-active communication, inter-departmental cooperation, and continual improvement on all levels.

Ensures all department employees receive specific and detailed orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and pro-active coaching to support their continued development.
Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.

Job Summary

This position supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance. Qualifications

Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
Strong oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Management experience - Preferred

Pay Range

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
