Job summary

McMenamins Hotel Oregon is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The role covers opening to closing duties, including the manufacture and presentation of hot and cold foods such as salads, sandwiches, pastas, pizzas, and weekly specials.

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and function well both independently and as part of a team. Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current food handler card required.
• No previous cooking experience required; training provided.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; evening/weekend availability required.
• Enjoy working in a busy customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present all hot and cold food products.
• Prepare salads, sandwiches, pastas, hot and cold appetizers, pizzas, weekly specials, and sauté & grill items.
• Organize and clean the work area.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
