Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Merritt Island is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time position in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). You’ll provide skilled PT services in the SNF setting, working with residents to regain function and independence, inside the facility's therapy gym.

There is a new $10,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay of $45–$58 per hour depending on experience, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) company match, paid time off, medical/dental/vision, and flexible

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
