Job summary

Athens Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team in Athens, Texas. You will provide evidence-based care for orthopedic injuries and assist patients in restoring movement and function.

Qualifications

• DPT or MSPT/BPT from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Texas PT license or eligibility.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment to improve mobility and function.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Document progress and outcomes; use Scribe AI and Raintree EMR.
• Collaborate with clinicians to achieve optimal outcomes.
