PMM Companies is seeking a reliable General Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and tidiness across our premises in Rockville, MD. You will help create a safe, comfortable environment for employees, visitors, and guests by performing daily cleaning tasks and restocking supplies.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to follow safety protocols. Prior cleaning experience is helpful, and you will operate and maintain cleaning equipment while contributing to a positive facility

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties across the facility, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms (toilets, sinks, fixtures).
• Empty and dispose of trash and recycling regularly.
• Wipe surfaces such as desks, countertops, and door handles.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment (vacuum, floor scrubber).
• Report maintenance or repair needs to Facilities Manager.
• Assist with setup and cleanup after events or meetings.
• Follow safety protocols and hygiene standards.
• Adhere to company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
