PMM Companies is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Cleaner to maintain cleanliness across our premises, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for staff, visitors, and guests.

This role involves sweeping, mopping, disinfecting restrooms, restocking supplies, operating cleaning equipment, and assisting with event setups. Candidates should uphold our cleanliness standards and follow safety protocols in daily duties. Evening schedule: 5:00 PM–9:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties across all areas of the facility.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and fixtures.
• Empty and dispose of trash and recycling regularly.
• Wipe down and sanitize desks, countertops, and door handles.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment (vacuums, floor scrubbers).
• Report maintenance needs to Facilities Manager.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning after events or meetings.
• Follow safety protocols and hygiene guidelines.
• Adhere to company cleanliness policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming all areas of the facility.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
• Empty and dispose of trash and recycling bins regularly.
• Wipe down and sanitize surfaces, such as desks, countertops, and door handles.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor scrubbers.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Facilities Manager.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning up after events or meetings.
• Follow established safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 to 50 pounds.
