Job summary

Michaels Allentown-Bethlehem is seeking a part-time Framing Associate to help customers create custom framing solutions and maintain a well-stocked, inviting shop. You will assist shoppers, explain framing options, and support omni-channel processes.

Responsibilities include completing framing orders on time, operating the cash register, and ensuring safety and SOP compliance while delivering friendly, helpful service to every guest. Some nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter as needed.
• Retail experience and the ability to sell products and services to customers is preferred.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to assist shoppers in finding solutions.
