Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide a full range of physical therapy services at our Wooded Glen Health Campus in Springfield, OH. The role includes assessment, treatment planning, and interventions in an interdisciplinary setting.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and an Ohio PT license (or eligibility). Travel is minimal, and benefits include weekly pay, health and dental coverage after a month, and student loan repayment

Qualifications

• Must have Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed PT in Ohio or eligible for licensure.
• Experience is 0–1 year, new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and interventions.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
