Job summary

PMM Companies is seeking a Floor Tech for an evening shift to maintain clean and safe facilities. You will be responsible for cleaning buildings, removing debris, buffing floors, vacuuming, and shampooing carpets using floor care equipment.

Experience with floor cleaning machines like buffers and waxers is helpful. The role includes sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and restroom sanitizing.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors.
• Clean buildings by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces.
• Steam-clean carpets.
• Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
• Mix various cleaning agents.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dust furniture and scrub surfaces.
• Apply wax to coat floors and buff.
• Apply sealant to floors.
• Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM–10:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.90 per hour

Candidate will be responsible for cleaning buildings and keeping areas neat and tidyby removing debris, buffing floors, vacuuming, and shampooing carpets. Must have experiencein the use of floor - care equipment is helpful. Must have experience on how to use floorcleaning machines including buffers, strippers, waxers, top scrubs, carpet cleaner, andsweeping.

Primary responsibilities:

• Sweep and mop floors.
• Clean buildings by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces.
• Steam-clean carpets.
• Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
• Mix various cleaning agents.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dust furniture and scrub surface clean.
• Apply wax to coat floors and buff.
• Apply sealant to floors.
• Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants.
