About the Role: We’re looking for an outgoing, friendly, people-oriented individual to represent Window World of Fargo at home shows, community festivals, and local events on weekends throughout the year.

What You’ll Do

• Represent Window World of Fargo professionally at home shows, festivals, and community events
• Engage attendees in friendly conversations about their bathroom remodeling goals
• Schedule free in-home design consultations using our proven appointment-setting process
• Follow our communication scripts and lead capture systems
• Assist with booth setup and teardown before and after each event

What We’re Looking For

• A great personality — you genuinely enjoy connecting with people
• Weekend availability (most events run Friday–Sunday)
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (local travel required)
• Ability to lift 20–30 lbs for event setup
• 4+ years of experience in sales, event marketing, or customer engagement

Compensation

• Base + bonus pay structure
• On-target earnings: $25–$40/hr
• No cap on bonuses — we love rewarding great work!
