Job summary

Marsden Services is hiring a float cleaner in the Waukesha area. You will travel to multiple sites each night to cover for vacations and last‑minute calls. A valid driver’s license, car insurance, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs are required.

Shifts run 5pm–12 midnight (Mon–Fri) and weekends 12pm–6:30pm, with changes possible. Drug screen and background checks are mandatory, and English proficiency is needed.

Job description

CleanPower is hiring for a float in the Waukesha and surrounding areas. Floats are required to drive to various locations each night to cover for vacations, last minute calls ins, etc. Candidates MUST have a valid drivers license and car insurance.

Shifts: Must be available between 5pm – 12 midnight M-F and also weekends between noon and 6:30pm. *Hours are subject to change.

Hourly Rate: $20.00 plus gas allowance

Location: Waukesha and surrounding areas.

• Car insurance required
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak basic English.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Cleaning Restrooms
• Taking out the trash
• Sanitizing
• Vacuuming
