Job summary

National Coatings & Supplies is seeking a Delivery Representative in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role involves receiving freight, stocking shelves, and delivering parts to customers using the company vehicle. Schedule alternates weekly and is 8am–5pm.

Ideal candidates are entry-level, with HS diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A collaborative environment and 401k with company match are offered.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in incoming freight and stock shelves with parts from shipments.
• Deliver parts and equipment to customers using company vehicle in a safe, courteous manner.
• Clean and maintain store and inventory storage area in a safe, orderly condition.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean and washed and observe company safety rules.
• Check in daily freight and note shipping discrepancies.
• Stock shelves with incoming freight and assist in annual inventory.
• Maintain store retail display area by pricing and fronting shelves.
• Other duties as assigned.

Schedule will be alternate Mon. Wed. Fri. one week then Tues. Thurs. the next . 8am to 5pm.

Routes:

• shuttle (scheduled Point A to Point B).
• Use company vehicle to deliver parts and equipment to customers in a safe and courteous manner.
• Clean and maintain store and inventory storage area in safe and orderly condition.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean and washed.
• Observe company work and safety rules.
• Check in daily freight and note shipping discrepancies.
• Stock shelves with incoming freight.
• Assist in annual physical inventory.
• Maintain store retail display area - pricing, fronting shelves, building displays.
• Other duties as assigned
