Job summary

ASM Global-SMG is seeking a P/T Custodian for North Charleston Coliseum. The role includes routine cleaning tasks, restroom sanitation, and monitoring for maintenance needs. Candidates should possess custodial knowledge, work availability for nights and weekends, and hold at least a High School Diploma or GED.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain the cleanliness of all areas within the facility.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures, and restock supplies as needed.
• Maintain and replenish cleaning supplies and materials to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Monitor and report any facility maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning and custodial methods and techniques, including the use of chemicals and equipment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic tools and purchasing practices.
• Previous custodial experience in a similar facility preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Education / Experience

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
