Job summary

The GIANT Company is hiring team members to support customer service, product knowledge, and safe food handling across our stores in PA, MD, VA, WV, and NJ. You will greet customers, demonstrate items, and help ensure quality and accuracy in every purchase.

As a barista-in-training, you will learn GIANT and Starbucks standards, work as part of a collaborative team, and help maintain a clean, inviting store environment for our neighbors.

Qualifications

• Preferable supervisory and/or barista experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
• Special skills: customer focused, strong interpersonal skills, and food handling certificate preferred.

• Provide exceptional customer service to every guest.

• Responsible for self-initiated learning beyond the standard training program.
• Learn and demonstrate all standards of product and conduct established by The GIANT Company and Starbucks.
