The Arc of the Ozarks is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to support children and adults with developmental disabilities, medical needs, mobility challenges across clinic and community settings in Joplin, MO. You will provide PT services to improve mobility, balance, strength and independence while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team; travel between locations as needed.

This is a full-time role with a pay range of $37.50–$50.00/hr and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, plus benefits including

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsabilités

• Complete physical therapy screenings, evaluations, and assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Support clients with mobility, balance, gait, coordination, endurance, strength.
• Travel locally between service locations as needed.
