Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide for its RehabAuthority brand in Santee, CA. The role involves patient support, clinic administration, and collaboration with therapists to ensure smooth therapy sessions.

We seek individuals with a high school diploma and healthcare interest; prior healthcare exposure is a plus. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, 7am–6pm, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth within PRN.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare education/training is a plus.
• Preferred experience in healthcare or as a Physical Therapy Aide.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Support clinic culture and customer service with a positive attitude.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing tasks.
• Assist front office tasks during downtime (phone, scans, scheduling, payments).
• Aid therapists during sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
