Qualifications

• Current and valid clinical licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Two years supervisory or management experience in a Rehabilitation Outpatient Clinic setting preferred.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily management and supervision of services at the assigned clinic location.
• Serves as rehabilitation specialist and staff mentor.
• Facilitates team dynamics and state-of-the-art facility functions.
• Involved in organization and community outreach to grow the business.
• Manages staff and finances of the outpatient clinic.
• Identifies key indicators and reports to Regional Director.
