Clarins Group, a global skincare and makeup leader, seeks Part-Time Bilingual Beauty Coaches for our Clarins Outlet Store in Houston, TX. The role emphasizes acquiring and retaining guests while delivering excellent service in English and Spanish or Mandarin.

As a brand ambassador, you will greet guests, offer personalized advice, support merchandising, and participate in product knowledge trainings. Flexible hours up to 29 per week in a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Experience in cosmetics or skincare preferred.
• Retail sales experience in a busy environment.
• Fluent or strong proficiency in English; Spanish or Mandarin helpful.

Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for Part-Time Bilingual Beauty Coaches (English/Spanish or English/Mandarin) based in our Clarins Outlet Store in Houston, TX. (Up to 29 hours per week).

The role:

You will represent the Clarins Brand and drive the business through acquisition and retention of customers, while providing superior levels of customer service.

What you’ll do:

• Work to make each guest’s visit a delightful and memorable experience by providing friendly, caring, knowledgeable and personalized service.
• Work to achieve store goals by providing excellent customer service, maintaining merchandising standards and following all store policies and procedures.
• Participate in training sessions to obtain product knowledge, selling skills and guest service skills. Utilize those skills during guest interactions.

You are:

• Customer-focused, results-oriented and brand addicted
• Comfortable demonstrating products on the customer
• Customer service oriented
• Confident, positive and self-motivated

You have:

• A passion for the skincare and make-up industry with prior cosmetics experience
• Retail sales experience, preferably in a busy mall environment
• Strong sales ability and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with others, as well as part of a team
• Ability to create activity and animation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) or (English/Mandarin)
