Arcis Golf invites applications for a Bartender at Tatum Ranch Golf Club in Cave Creek, AZ. The role focuses on crafting and serving cocktails and beverages to members and guests, ensuring a warm, attentive bar experience behind the bar and in dining areas.

You'll mix a wide variety of drinks, monitor quality, operate bar equipment, and uphold responsible service. The position offers comprehensive perks and opportunities for growth within a dynamic, friendly team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years bartending experience.

Responsibilities

• Fill drink orders for guests, answer questions about drink ingredients and make suggestions for different types of beverages and cocktails.
• Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
• Responsible for the proper operation of all bar equipment.
• Maintain beverage quality and service standards contributing to positive guest experience.
• Monitor the alcohol intake of guests and ensure alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21.
