BASIC OBJECTIVES

The Part-Time Coach provides assistance and support to the head coach and assistant coach for an athletic program.

JOB TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists and supports the head coach and assistant coach.
• Provides training and supervision of students that are participating in an athletic program.
• Performs other related duties as required or as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is medium work which requires the following physical activities: climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, twisting, reaching, sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. The worker is exposed to noise and the work is performed indoors and outdoors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certificate.
• Certified Part-Time Athletic Coach.
