Job summary

Working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and independence, while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Physical Therapist Assistant delivering evidence-based therapy to seniors.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and document progress.
