Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Westlake Village is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as an Assistant Center Manager. This role combines hands-on outpatient care with leadership responsibilities to help run daily clinic operations.

You will participate in Select Physical Therapy's National Leadership Development Program, receiving 1:1 management training and mentorship to prepare for future Center Manager opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapy License.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff development and provide training for team growth.
• Assist leadership in growing the center and market through program and business development.
• Support employee engagement and retention efforts.
• Assist with management and resolution of employee relations issues.
• Help develop strategies to increase profitability.
• Provide an exceptional patient care experience.
