Job summary

Montebello Care Center in Montebello, CA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation team under the direction of a Physical Therapist. The PTA will help residents improve strength, mobility, balance, and function.

Responsibilities include providing treatments, assisting with exercises and transfers, documenting sessions, and communicating progress to the team. The role emphasizes safety and teamwork in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Current California PTA license.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

• Work closely with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members.

Montebello Care Center, a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Montebello CA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. The PTA will work under the direction of the Physical Therapist to help residents improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, transfers, and gait training.
• Support residents in reaching their therapy goals and improving independence.
