Position Overview

Residential Transitions, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time ApartmentConnect Specialist to provide on-site support and service coordination to tenants residing in apartment communities throughout Dakota County.

Respond to mental health crises or emergencies when available and requested, in accordance with RTI policies and in coordination with appropriate crisis response professionals.

Promote preventative engagement and connections to ongoing support services to help reduce avoidable emergency responses and service calls.

Maintain accurate documentation of services provided, referrals made, tenant engagement, and program outcomes.

Track program measures, including tenant participation, service hours, referrals, incidents, participant demographics, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Director, Department Director, or ApartmentConnect Lead.
