UPS is seeking a supervisory role for ramp operations. This position leads, trains and develops ramp staff to uphold safety, production and attendance standards, while fostering strong communication and teamwork across the organization.
You will oversee adherence to safety policies, optimize resources for efficiency, and drive ongoing improvements in productivity and service quality. Strong MS Office skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment are required.
Job Description: Job Summary This position supervises, trains, develops, and holds ramp employees responsible for safety, production and attendance. He/She sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. This position provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
