Leading Edge Extended Learning is seeking a Part-Time ECE Lead Teacher for the Trevista at Horace Mann site in Denver, CO, for the 2026–2027 school year. The role focuses on hands-on enrichment, relationships with students and families, and supporting the whole child.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m.–6:00 p.m., requiring commitment for the full school year and compliance with state licensing and program guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must meet Colorado ECE Lead Teacher qualifications via education, experience, credentialing, or a combination of qualifying pathways.
• Supporting documentation such as transcripts and/or certifications must be provided within 30 days of employment (or verification letters if applicable).
• Available Mondays–Fridays, 2:30 p.m.–6:00 p.m., for the 2026–2027 school year.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Position Overview

Leading Edge is seeking an energetic, dependable, and engaging ECE Lead Teacher to join our school-year program at Trevista at Horace Mann.

This position is ideal for an educator who enjoys leading hands-on activities, building meaningful relationships, collaborating with a team, and supporting the whole child through positive mentorship and enriching programming.

The ECE Lead Teacher will help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where students can learn, explore, and grow throughout the 2026–2027 school year.

Schedule

Part-Time

Mondays - Friday

2:30 p.m.–6:00 p.m.

Candidates must be available to work all scheduled hours throughout the 2026–2027 school year.

Selected candidates must be able to provide supporting documentation within 30 days of employment, which may include:

• Transcripts and/or certifications
• Experience verification letters completed by a former supervisor or HR representative, if applicable

Candidates must also:

• Be available Mondays - Fridays, from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Be dependable and committed to working throughout the 2026–2027 school year
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Meet all applicable background-check, training, and licensing requirements

Interview Process

Selected candidates will first be invited to an initial phone screening.

Candidates selected to move forward will participate in an in-person interview with program leadership.
