Ellie Mental Health in Avon/Greenwood, IN seeks a part-time to full-time Psychologist (PsyD/PhD/HSPP) to supervise, deliver therapy, and contribute to program development. Join a collaborative team offering flexible scheduling, CEU opportunities, and a blended in-person/telehealth model.

The role emphasizes authentic care, a supportive work culture, and leadership of new professionals within outpatient clinics. Indiana licensure is required; experience in supervising interns is preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Active clinical licensure (PsyD, PhD, HSPP) in the State of Indiana.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy with various client groups.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure supervision of graduate interns/associates.
• Multicultural competence in mental health.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision of associate clinicians for case conceptualization, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Deliver direct clinical services to individuals, families, and groups using evidence-based modalities.
• Review and revise documentation by associates to meet professional standards.
• Offer excellent client service and collaborate with the team to advance the mission.
• Attend and contribute to clinical team meetings and trainings.
• Respond promptly to communications from the Clinical Director and Owner.
