Job summary

A leading behavioral health company is seeking a Psychotherapist supervisor to join their team. This role offers extensive flexibility in clinical work from home and emphasizes collaboration among mental health professionals. Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed and open to licensing in alternative states.
• Prior clinical experience as a psychotherapist preferred, but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations, such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community, desired.

Responsibilities

• Clinical work performed from home with flexible scheduling.
• Collaborating actively within a team format for patient coordination.
• Regular staffing with collaborating prescribers to discuss cases.

• Compensation is hourly, there is a medical insurance benefit for those therapists able to offer full-time hours.
• Seeking someone excited to collaborate actively in a team-based format to ensure coordination between our Psychiatric and counselor providers.

Job Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.) and open to licensing in alternative states.
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills

$50 - $70 USD
