Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Dearborn, MI is seeking a pediatric psychologist to provide evidence-based psychotherapy within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. The hybrid role includes individual, conjoint, group, and family sessions, plus crisis intervention as needed to ensure safe, effective and equitable care.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant master's or doctoral degree and required licensure; MSW with post-master's experience is also acceptable for some roles.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as per state requirements (Psychologist or Social Work).
• Experience with pediatric mental health, including crisis intervention, preferred.

Job Description

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of pediatric patients by delivering evidence-based mental health care within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment. In this hybrid role, you'll provide comprehensive psychotherapy services—including individual, conjoint, group, and family sessions—while also delivering compassionate crisis intervention support as needed. Your expertise will directly contribute to ensuring that every patient receives safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable care that promotes lasting healing and wellness.

• Deliver individual, conjoint, group, and family psychotherapy tailored to each patient's unique needs
• Provide crisis intervention services with compassion and clinical expertise

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Master's (or Doctoral) degree in clinical or counseling psychology with one year supervised post masters experience; OR Master's degree in Social Work with two years post Master's experience in mental health/chemical dependency setting.

Certifications/Licensures Required

• Licensed Psychologist; OR Limited Licensed Psychologist; OR Licensed Master's in Social Work.
