Telos Health Systems, Inc. seeks a Psychotherapist (LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist – PsyD/Ph.D.) in Trinity, FL to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy in SNF/ALF settings. Flexible schedule: 3 days per week, with 2 days in St. Petersburg and 1 day in Trinity, FL, on a fee-for-service basis.

Formación

• Active Florida license as LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist.
• Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field.
• Ability to work independently within a clinical team and document well.
• Level II background check required by AHCA.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide individual psychotherapy and ongoing treatment services.
